Emergency-Contact Policy

If something happens during a booking

If an emergency occurs while your pet is in our care, we first act to protect immediate safety, then attempt to contact you directly, then contact the emergency person you've designated, and seek veterinary care when needed under your authorization on file.

This policy applies to active bookings. It is not a substitute for calling local emergency services if you are the one who needs help.
