What information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, including your name, contact details, and information about your pets and their care needs, whether submitted through this website, by phone, by email, or on paper forms during onboarding (such as the Client Information & Pet Profile, Veterinary Authorization, and Client Services Agreement).

How we use information

Client and pet information is used to provide, administer, document, and bill for services. It is not sold. Information may be shared with your assigned or backup caregiver, Pet Nannies of Austin administration, your veterinary provider, your designated emergency contacts, or others reasonably necessary to perform the requested services.

Website inquiry and contact forms

Information submitted through our website's New Clients and Contact forms is securely transmitted to and stored by our form-processing provider, Supabase. We use it only to respond to your inquiry and, if you move forward, to begin the onboarding process described in How It Works. We do not sell or rent this information to third parties.

Photos and videos

Care-visit photos and videos are shared with you as part of your service updates. Separately, during onboarding you're asked whether you consent to public marketing use of photos or videos of your pet. Service-update photos remain permitted either way; only your marketing-use choice controls public use.

Cameras in your home

If you disclose indoor cameras or audio devices as part of your booking, footage involving our caregivers is handled according to the access and privacy terms in your Client Services Agreement. Our caregivers do not permit recording devices in bathrooms or private sleeping areas provided to them.

Payment information

We do not collect full payment card details through this website. Payment is arranged directly with Pet Nannies of Austin through the payment methods offered at that time (which may include credit/debit card, Stripe, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, PayPal, or Apple Cash).

Website analytics

This website does not currently use nonessential advertising or behavioral analytics cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated to explain what is collected and what choices visitors have.

Data retention

Inquiry, client, and pet-care information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, recordkeeping, safety, dispute resolution, and applicable legal obligations. You may contact us to ask about your information.
